Cancellation Policy

At The Hydration Station, we strive to provide exceptional service to all of our clients. To ensure that our providers' time is respected and that all clients have access to appointments, we have established the following cancellation policy.

Cancellation Notice

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us to offer that time slot to another client who may be waiting for an appointment.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notice (no-show), may result in a cancellation fee. We understand that emergencies happen — please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please:

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your service to avoid inconveniencing other clients. We will always do our best to accommodate you.
